Processing: Natural/Honey
Tasting Notes: Marshmallow, chocolate, fruit finish

About the farmers: “A perfect blend of complimentary coffee from Brazil (natural processed) and Honduras (honey processed). The Honduran beans come from the farm of Ms. Flhor Zelaya Ontreras, a biodynamically certified farmer who’s committed to total sustainability. She doesn’t use chemical pesticides or fertilizers and manages an all female co-op to help indigenous women.  In Brazil, Cafe Kreyol, one of our green coffee bean suppliers’, direct trade relationship has provided sustainable employment to 9 farmers. As a result, their children have had a consistent opportunity to attend school.”

About the farmers: “Rare, very high altitude Caturra micro lot from the farm of Mr. Don Isidro in Nicaragua. A complex and awesome taste profile with tasting notes that remind us of holiday markets in Belgium, this coffee is perfect for the holiday season. Also, Don Isidro reinvested money earned from our importer, Gold Mountain Coffee Growers, to build filters for water that’s used to wash his coffee beans. It’s exciting to see how much Don Isidro cares about the environment.”
